RETURN POLICY

At Tonno4Less.ca, we make returns as easy as possible. Our goal is to offer the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that customers may change their mind about products that they order, just like buying from physical chain stores. Rest assured that with Tonno4Less.ca, we offer non-misleading and trustworthy return policies.

Return Policy

Regular Return period: 30 calendar days after delivery of the order

Special Return Period: 60 calendar days after delivery of the order if order is placed between December 10th and January 10th

·         Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition
·         Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable
·         Shipping Fees are non-refundable
·         All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form
·         There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below
·         Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process
 

Please note: If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, shipping fees do not apply

 

Return Procedure

1.       Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. This form contains exact return address and detailed instructions

 
2.       Please specify the exact item and sales record (invoice number) of the item which you are planning to return. The correct RMA form will be sent to your email within 3 business days
 
3.       Once we have confirmed the return (may take few business days as sometimes we need to contact the manufacturer), a return shipping label with RMA Number will be sent to you. If you do not agree with our shipping charges, you can ship by using your choice of courier. Please write the RMA Number on the box
 
4.       Once the product is received and inspected, money will be refunded to you within 5 business days

 

Exchange Procedure

Option 1

1.       Refer to Return Procedure and request for an RMA

2.       Once the product is received and inspected, new product will be sent to you

3.       If there is a pricing difference, you will be either be refunded or charged with the difference

Option 2

1.       Order the correct part and pay it in full

2.       We ship the correct part out right away

3.       Refer to Return Procedure to return the product

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Parts

We must be notified within 15 calendar days.

1.       If your products arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please do not panic, rest assured that we have you covered in situation like this

2.       Contact our customer service (1-855-666-7899) immediately

3.       Please do not attempt to install the part! It may void the warranty!

4.       Provide necessary pictures and information upon our request

5.       We will send you the replacement part or repaid return shipping label to return the defective product

In the case where replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original defective product, we must temporary charge your credit card until the original product is returned.

 

Order Cancellation

We strive to process your order cancellation and grand you the refund within 1 business day. But please understand that when you request a cancellation of an order, or a part, it may take up to 5 business days to cancel the order. As this process may involve voiding order in computer database, cancelling from backorder list, contacting manufacture to step manufacturing schedule, or stopping shipping department at the shipping dock.

 

Non-Returnable Products & Services

The following products cannot be returned/exchanged due to manufacturer’s policy or their made-to-order customer features:

·         Any item marked or classified as non-returnable
·         Paint costs on painted products (ex. spoilers, body kits, calipers ...)
·         Electronics and software
·         Dash Kits ordered in solid colors (ex. Red, Blue, Orange ...)
·         All Wheels
·         Car Covers with embroidery or logos
·         Any custom orders or parts

 

Refund & Credit

Method: same method as how it was paid (Credit Card, PayPal or Check)

Refund Amount: Original purchase price minus shipping charges** (both ways)

Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Tonno4Less.ca will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. Tonno4Less.ca will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product. 

**if the return is due to the error or fault on our end, no shipping charges will be collected

Price Match guarantee

We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find an identical item currently offered for less at a local competitor's store or website (including shipping, handling and fees, if applicable), we will match their price and beat it.

  • Competitors' prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as import fees and shipping.
  • Competitor close-out, errors or misprints, discontinued, clearance, liquidation, special order, damaged items, delivery, assembly, financing offers, Cyber Monday prices, Black Friday prices, Boxing Day/Week, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, and limited or minimum quantity offers, and installation labour are excluded from this offer.
  • Tonno4Less reserves the right to verify the lower price prior to sale.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery.
  • The item must be of the identical brand and model.
  • The item must be new and factory-sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.
  • The item must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Canada.
  • Tonno4Less promo codes are applied to Tonno4Less product prices and are not applicable in combination with the price match policy.

    Please make sure you have the following information before contacting us so that we can assist you as quickly as possible:

    • Your full name and phone number
    • The complete URL (web address) of product page on the competitor's website
    • Details of the product name, brand and model
    • Details of the price difference (including shipping, handling and other fees, if applicable)

Price match with online-only stores

If you find an identical item for less at a Canadian online only store, we will match their price (including shipping, handling and fees, if applicable).
